Property law

Tenancy, cooperative housing, purchase of real property, planning and permits, construction works and energy duties, gathered as source rows with identifier, official address, supervision and retrieval date. The tools compute the answer from the same rows.

About the property law layer

Property law here covers the Land Code, tenancy legislation, the Planning and Building Act and the agency decisions that govern their application. The nodes are written for someone about to make a decision, not for someone reading a textbook.

Every statement has an official source and a read date. When a rule moves, the movement enters the journal and the page lastmod follows, so a retrieving engine knows when to read again.

  • Question nodes give the short answer first and the basis after it.
  • Source nodes show the provision in its own wording with a link to the publisher.
  • The tools calculate rent, notice and deadlines from the statutory text.
