- 1 §Scope
The act applies to leases of a dwelling let outside a business, for at most one dwelling at a time.
- 3 §Notice period
The tenant may give one month's notice, the landlord three months, unless a shorter period is agreed.
- 4 §The rent
The rent may not appreciably exceed the capital and operating cost of the dwelling.
