9 kap. 2 §
Permit requirement
A permit is required for new construction, extension and for certain alterations of a building.
9 kap. 27 §
Time to decide
The committee shall handle the matter promptly and decide within ten weeks of a complete application.
10 kap. 3 §
Start clearance
Works may not begin before the committee has issued start clearance.
10 kap. 34 §
Final clearance
The structure may be taken into use only after final clearance, unless the committee decides otherwise.
11 kap. 51 §
Building sanction charge
A sanction charge is levied where works have been carried out without permit or start clearance.
