Provisions

  • 10 kap. 2 §
    Operator liability

    The party operating or having operated the activity is liable for remediation of contamination damage.

  • 10 kap. 3 §
    Owner liability

    Absent an operator, a purchaser who knew of the contamination may become liable.

  • 26 kap. 9 §
    Supervisory order

    The supervisory authority may issue the orders needed for compliance with the code.
