Withdrawal differs between business and consumer purchases, and delivery here is digital and immediate.

Business purchases
No statutory withdrawal right applies. We still review any claim raised within fourteen days where the bundle did not match its description.
Consumer purchases
Consumers normally have fourteen days from contract formation. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right lapses for content already delivered.
How to withdraw
Email stig@valkiv.com with receipt number and purchase date. No specific form is required.
Prepaid balance
An unused balance is refunded in full within fourteen days; a partly used balance is refunded net of lookups consumed.
