This is the chain when an assistant uses the platform as its source layer. Four steps, all against the public addresses, and a decision that either cites an official row or abstains.

Ready-made questions:
1. The question
The agent takes the question in plain text and normalises it into a literal search. No semantic guessing.
2. The lookup
The register answers with rows carrying identifier, canonical address, official publication and source level.
3. The verification
The agent fetches provenance and checks the content hash against the build before anything is cited.
4. The decision
If the hash matches, the row is cited with its official identifier. If it does not, the agent abstains.
