Provisions

  • 2 kap. 1 §
    Membership

    A person to whom a cooperative apartment has passed may not be refused membership where the by-laws are met.

  • 6 kap. 1 §
    Transfer

    A transfer must be in writing and the document must state the apartment and the price.

  • 7 kap. 10 §
    Subletting

    The holder may sublet with the board's consent or the tribunal's permission.

  • 7 kap. 12 §
    Duty to maintain

    The holder maintains the interior of the apartment, the association the rest of the building.

  • 7 kap. 18 §
    Forfeiture

    The right of use may be forfeited on late fees, unauthorised subletting or neglect.
