Transparency: how the register is read

The surface answers with rows from official sources. This page states how rows are read, what is never written by a model, which authorities publish the texts and how a reader checks a row at the publisher.

Method

  • Every row is read against the publisher's own text, and the address of that text travels with the row.
  • The read date is set at reading, and a proof hash binds identifier, address, date and register version.
  • If any of them changes the hash changes, and whoever holds the old receipt sees that the row has moved.
  • Judgments are reproduced with the court's own designation and decision date.
  • Translation between Swedish and English is done field by field, never as machine translation of a whole page.

What is never generated

  • Statutory text is never rewritten by a language model; it is quoted or summarised with the provision stated.
  • No assessment is made of an individual matter, and no outcome is predicted.
  • No ratings, references or results that cannot be checked at a publisher are published.
  • No named lawyer stands behind the rows; authority rests with the agency that issued the text.

Risk assessment in work environment management

  1. 1.Examine working conditions, with employees and the safety representative involved.
  2. 2.Assess the risks in writing, stating whether a risk is serious.
  3. 3.Remedy what can be done at once, and enter the rest in an action plan with date and owner.
  4. 4.Check that the measures had the intended effect, and follow up annually.

Report a deviation

If a row points at the wrong source, a date is off, or a decision has been overruled, write to us. Every report is answered, and a confirmed deviation is corrected in the register and written into the version history.

Reports go to the same address as data subject requests. We confirm receipt within two working days.
