We collect the minimum required to deliver, invoice and protect the register. Here is what is stored, why, for how long and who sees it.

What we process
Three purposes, each field belongs to exactly one.
- Purchase and accounting: name, email, billing address, country, VAT number, amount, payment reference. Basis: contract and statutory bookkeeping.
- Delivery and access: key identity, balance, lookup history at node level. Basis: contract.
- Operations and protection: timestamp, requested path, status code, client type, coarse origin classification. Basis: legitimate interest.
What we never do
No sale of personal data, no ad profiling, no automated decisions with legal effect, and your queries are never used to train language models.
Retention
Accounting records seven years, operational logs twelve months, key and balance while active plus twelve months.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to daniel@valkiv.com; we answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
