Refunds

Full refund

Granted without discussion in these cases.

• Payment completed but the bundle was never delivered.
• The bundle contains materially fewer acts or articles than the page stated.
• Duplicate payment for the same checkout session.
• Unused prepaid balance requested back within fourteen days.

Partial refund

Where part of the delivery failed but the rest remains usable: uncorrected node errors beyond the stated remedy time, or an outage lasting a full working day.

No refund

A source changed after purchase, the content did not produce the legal outcome you hoped for, or the licence scope was breached.

Handling

Send the request to stig@valkiv.com with the receipt number. Acknowledged within one working day, decided within five, repaid to the original payment method within five banking days.
