Provisions

  • 3 kap. 1 §
    Suitability condition

    Property formation shall produce properties permanently suited to their purpose.

  • 5 kap. 1 §
    Reallotment

    Land may be transferred between properties through reallotment in a cadastral procedure.

  • 10 kap. 1 §
    Subdivision

    An area may be separated from a property and form a property of its own.
