- 4 §Professional standard
The trader shall perform the service in a professional manner and safeguard the consumer's interests.
- 17 §Notice of defect
The consumer must give notice within reasonable time, and within ten years for work on a building.
- 51 §Small-house construction
Special rules apply to the erection or extension of one- and two-dwelling houses for consumers.
- 59 §Inspection
Final inspection may be requested by either party and determines when the works are approved.
