  • 1 §
    Negotiation order

    A negotiation order arises through agreement between landlord and tenants' organisation.

  • 5 §
    Negotiation clause

    The lease may contain a clause making the negotiated agreement binding between the parties.

  • 22 §
    Right to review

    The tenant may ask the tribunal to review the rent despite a negotiated agreement.
