GDPR and data protection

The controller is Valkiv Ventures AB (company no. 556995-1311). We process only the data needed to deliver purchases, receipts and agent accounts — never for profiling or resale.

The AI Act and machine surfaces

The register is built on traceability: every machine response carries source, version, retrieval date and content hash, so an AI provider can show where a statement comes from and when it was read. This is how we meet the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act.

  • Readable HTML pages are open to everyone, always HTTP 200, with no fee or citation requirement.
  • Machine surfaces (manifest, ai.json, run, verify, rule trees, hash proofs) are priced per fetch.
  • The training policy is machine-readable and published on the same terms for every actor.
  • Agent provisioning is machine-driven: a pipeline creates its own agent address, balance and key.
