Målet gäller konkurrensskadestånd till följd av händelser under hösten 2013. En teleoperatör har fört talan mot TeliaSonera och Svea Billing och påstått att motparterna ingått ett konkurrensbegränsande avtal eller i vart fall deltagit i ett samordnat förfarande. Teleoperatören har i andra hand påstått att ett civilrättsligt avtal ingåtts om leverans av teletrafik och att Telia agerat kvalificerat otillbörligt på så sätt att skadeståndsansvar för ren förmögenhetsskada uppkommit. Patent- och marknadsöverdomstolen har, i likhet med underrätten, kommit fram till att teleoperatören inte styrkt att någon överträdelse mot konkurrensreglerna förekommit och har även i andra delar gjort samma bedömningar som underrätten. Patent- och marknadsöverdomstolen har även bedömt om en part åberopat nya omständigheter och gjort vissa principiella uttalanden i denna del. Patent- och marknadsöverdomstolen har inte tillåtit ett överklagande av domen.
