Patent- och marknadsöverdomstolen har bedömt att varumärket DOGGY förvärvat särskiljningsförmåga för djurfoder. Talan om att häva registreringen har inte vunnit bifall. Användning av DOGGIE för försäljning av bl.a. hundfoder har ansetts utgöra intrång i varumärket DOGGY. I målet var också fråga om det korsvisa skyddet och bestämmande av skälig ersättning. Patent- och marknadsöverdomstolen har inte tillåtit att domen får överklagas.
