Polismyndigheten har i strid mot ett beslut från Statens överklagandenämnd underlåtit att erbjuda en person en viss anställning. Tvisten har i första hand gällt om klaganden genom överklagandenämndens beslut fått den omtvistade anställningen och om staten, genom Polismyndigheten - genom att meddela klaganden att hon inte skulle få tillträda anställningen - avskedat henne. Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att överklagandenämndens beslut i sig inte inneburit att det uppstått ett nytt anställningsförhållande och därmed inte något avskedande. Arbetsdomstolen har därefter funnit att det inte finns förutsättningar att förelägga Polismyndigheten att - med eller utan vite - erbjuda klaganden anställningen i fråga.
