En polis har efter säkerhetsprövning enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen inte längre godkänts för säkerhetsklassat arbete. Han har därefter sagts upp från sin anställning. Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att de faktiska omständigheter som legat till grund för säkerhetsbeslutet, däribland samröre med kriminellt belastade personer, tillsammans med viss övrig misskötsamhet innebär att det har funnits sakliga skäl för uppsägningen.
