Fråga om två miljöarbetare som i tjänsten framfört tunga fordon varit skyldiga att medverka till att lämna utandningsprov i ett alkoskåp och om deras vägran att göra detta har utgjort saklig grund för uppsägning. Vidare fråga om installationen av alkoskåpet har utgjort brott mot ett vid företaget gällande kollektivavtal om alkolås. Även fråga om giltigheten av tolkningsföreträden enligt 33 och 34 §§ medbestämmandelagen m.m.
