Avvisning av överklagande ----- Efter det att grannar (ej rågrannar) överklagat ett bygglovsbeslut avvisade länsstyrelsen överklagandet. Mark- och miljödomstolen undanröjde beslutet och visade målet åter till länsstyrelsen för ny handläggning, eftersom domstolen ansåg att grannarna hade rätt att överklaga. Bygglovssökande överklagade till Mark- och miljööverdomstolen som har avvisat överklagandet. Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har bedömt att mark- och miljödomstolens dom, trots den lämnade fullföljdshänvisningen, inte innehållit avgörande av någon fråga som inverkar på målets utgång och därför inte fick överklagas.
