Avvisning av miljönämnds överklagande vid återförvisning i mål ang tillsynsåtgärder mot buller ----- En miljönämnd har beslutat att inte vidta någon åtgärd med anledning av en boendes klagomål om buller från trafik. Efter överklagande har länsstyrelsen undanröjt beslutet och visat ärendet åter till nämnden för utredning av klagomålet. Fråga om länsstyrelsens beslut varit överklagbart har tidigare prövats och tas nu åter upp av Mark- och miljööverdomstolen. Eftersom länsstyrelsens avgörande inte innefattar något ställningstagande som inverkar på ärendets utgång är det enligt Mark- och miljööverdomstolen inte överklagbart.
