En kvinnlig arbetstagare hos Försvarsmakten har lämnat en tidsbegränsad anställning som befäl i den svenska kosovobataljonen och gör gällande att detta skett på grund av att hon utsatts för sexuella trakasserier under tjänstgöringen. Fråga om arbetstagarens uppsägning kan anses ha varit framtvingad av Försvarsmakten. Vidare fråga om det senare kan anses ha ålegat Försvarsmakten att förmå arbetstagaren att återta uppsägningen mot bakgrund av att Försvarsmakten då hade anledning att misstänka att arbetstagaren ansåg att trakasserier hade förekommit. Båda frågorna har besvarats nekande.
