    AD 2021 nr 23 — Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att en bestämmelse i tobaksavtalet om att den lokala fackliga organisationen ska erhålla en kopia av anställningsbevis avseende anställningar där anställningstiden överstiger en månad, innebär en skyldighet för arbetsgivaren att lämna ut omaskerade kopior. Arbetsdomstolen har vidare funnit att arbetsgivaren kunnat följa både kollektivavtalsbestämmelsen och dataskyddslagstiftningen (dataskyddsförordningen och dataskyddslagen). En arbetsgivare som av dataskyddsskäl endast lämnat ut kopior där arbetstagarens personuppgifter maskerats, har ålagts att betala allmänt skadestånd för brott mot kollektivavtalet.
