En i skuldsaneringsärendet känd borgenär fick underrättelse enligt 21 § skuldsaneringslagen men underlät att anmäla sin fordran. Kronofogdemyndighetens beslut om skuldsanering upptog inte någon fordran för borgenären. Borgenärens överklagande av beslutet avslogs utan hinder av att han i samband med överklagandet anmälde sin fordran.
