En person har i tingsrätten dömts för hets mot folkgrupp för att ha uttalat ”Jag kan identifiera mig som Hitler” och gjort en s.k. Hitler-hälsning under en lektion i samhällskunskap. Hovrätten frikände personen eftersom det inte var ställt utom rimligt tvivel att personen i gärningsögonblicket hade uppsåt att genom sitt handlande sprida ett uttryck för missaktning för någon folkgrupp.
