I ett mål om utdömande av vite enligt marknadsföringslagen har Patent- och marknadsöverdomstolen avslagit ett företags begäran om tolkning till finska under hela huvudförhandlingen. Bestämmelsen om tolk i 5 kap. 6 § första stycket rättegångsbalken innebär inte någon ovillkorlig skyldighet för rätten att låta tolka allt som förekommer i mål med en utländsk part. Ett utländskt företag är inte heller att betrakta som misstänkt i den mening som avses i bestämmelsen. (Beslut under rättegång)
