Köparbolagen har i samband med att Konkurrensverket överklagat Stockholms tingsrätts dom att avslå Konkurrensverkets yrkande om förbud mot företagskoncentration begärt prövning av tingsrättens beslut att inte avvisa verkets talan pga. nödvändig processgemenskap mellan köpare och säljare.
