Avverkningsanmälan ----- Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har funnit att underlaget i målet inte är tillräckligt för att kunna ta ställning till vilka arter som påverkas av anmäld avverkning och därför återförvisat målet till Skogsstyrelsen för fortsatt behandling. Domstolens överprövning har försvårats av att Skogsstyrelsen avstått från att fatta ett formellt och motiverat beslut där myndighetens överväganden framgår samlat. (Se även mål nr M 9328-24.)
