Fråga om föreläggande att följa annan tillståndshavares tillstånd ----- Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har ansett att det saknas fog för att förelägga ett bolag som bedriver växtodlingsverksamhet, inklusive gödselhantering, att följa vissa villkor i ett annat bolags tillstånd avseende djurhållningsverksamhet. Att det andra bolaget tidigare bedrev delar av samma växtodlings-verksamhet och att tillståndet till djurhållning är villkorat av att gödselhanteringen sker på visst sätt inom de fastigheter där växtodlingen bedrivs föranleder inte någon annan bedömning. Det ankommer alltjämt på tillståndshavaren avseende djurhållningsverksamheten att tillse att villkoren för tillståndet följs, oavsett om det sker i tillståndshavarens egen regi eller inte.
