Bindande besked om undantag från kravet på nätkoncession ----- Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har funnit att IKN-förordningen inte medger att det finns en tredje part mellan nätföretaget, som överför el med stöd av nätkoncession, och elanvändaren utan att ett internt nät förutsätter att det är elanvändaren som tar ut el från uttagspunkten för egen användning. I det aktuella fallet har Mark- och miljööverdomstolen funnit att sökandens ledningsnät inte är ett internt nät eftersom sökanden inte själv är ansluten till det koncessionerade nätet som elanvändare. Nätet omfattas därmed inte av undantaget på nätkoncession.
