Rättelseföreläggande och byggsanktionsavgift avseende installation av anläggning för vattenförsörjning eller avlopp ----- Tillämpning av motstridiga övergångsbestämmelser i plan- och byggregleringen i mål om rättelseföreläggande och byggsanktionsavgift för åtgärd som delvis, enligt senare reglering, inte längre är anmälningspliktig. Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har med hänvisning bland annat till legalitetsprincipen funnit att övergångsbestämmelserna till plan- och bygglagen (2010:900) ska tillämpas före övergångsbestämmelserna till plan- och byggförordningen (2011:338) och ansett att rättelseföreläggandet inte varit lagligen grundat.
