Föreläggande enligt 26 kap. 9 § miljöbalken med anledning av anmälan om torvfilter ----- Länsstyrelsen hade med stöd av 26 kap. 9 § miljöbalken förelagt ett bolag att rena lakvatten från en deponi så att en viss halt zink inte skulle överskridas. Bolaget, som hävdade att begränsningsvärdet inte alltid skulle kunna efterlevas, yrkade med hänvisning till rättssäkerheten att ett mindre strängt värde skulle fastställas. Miljööverdomstolen klargjorde skillnader i rättskraft och sanktioner när det gäller villkor för tillståndsavgöranden respektive tillsynsförelägganden.
