Byggsanktionsavgift ----- Byggsanktionsavgift för att ha tagit ett byggnadsverk i bruk i strid med 10 kap. 4 § PBL. Vid tillsynsbesöket hade nämnden iakttagit möbler m.m. i ett nybyggt enbostadshus som saknade slutbesked. Utredningen gav inte stöd för att åtgärderna hade utgjort ett led i att färdigställa eller anpassa byggnaden. MÖD fann att det hade skapats förutsättningar för att använda byggnaden som bostad och att byggnaden därmed hade tagits i bruk i strid med användningsförbudet. Nämnden har därmed haft rätt att besluta om byggsanktionsavgift.
