Det har befunnits föreligga en uppenbar risk för att mottagarna av fakturorna får uppfattningen att marknadsföringen avser införande i GULA SIDORNA. Förfarandet har ansetts innebära ett vilseledande om det kommersiella ursprunget och bedömts vara otillbörligt enligt 8 och 10 §§ marknadsföringslagen. Därtill har marknadsföringen ansetts vara otillbörlig enligt 8 och 9 §§ marknadsföringslagen, varför åläggande har meddelats att ange vem som svarar för marknadsföringen.
