En tandhygienist har avskedats efter att han flera gånger i mejl till Migrationsverket lämnat uppgifter om patienter som han behandlat, som var asylsökande, och ifrågasatt deras uppgivna ålder. Såväl tingsrätten som Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att han därmed brutit mot tystnadsplikten och sekretessen enligt bl.a. offentlighets- och sekretesslagen. Till skillnad mot tingsrätten har Arbetsdomstolen funnit att det förelegat laga skäl för avskedande.
