Sekretess enligt 21 kap. 7 § offentlighets- och sekretesslagen. Med hänsyn till reglerna i EU:s dataskyddsförordning har sekretess ansetts föreligga när ett företag begärt ut ett större antal domar och andra handlingar i brottmål, trots att företagets verksamhet omfattats av grundlagsskydd. – Eftersom företaget bedriver journalistisk verksamhet har handlingarna lämnats ut med förbehåll.
