Fråga om det förelegat skäl för avskedande. Arbetsgivaren har gjort gällande att arbetstagaren, en läkarsekreterare, uppvisat återkommande och djupa samarbetsproblem och att hon brustit i bemötandet av patienter, arbetsvägrat och brustit i journalhanteringen samt att hon medvetet gjort felaktiga korrigeringar i tidsredovisningssystemet och agerat felaktigt i samband med listning av patienter. Arbetsdomstolen har sammanfattningsvis funnit att arbetstagaren varit involverad i djupa och långvariga samarbetssvårigheter som har gått ut över verksamheten och i övrigt gjort sig skyldig till misskötsamhet av så allvarlig natur att landstinget sammantaget haft skäl för att skilja arbetstagaren från anställningen genom ett avskedande.
