Fråga om det förelegat grund för avskedande, alternativt saklig grund för uppsägning, av en polis som dömts för misshandel och olaga hot till villkorlig dom. Polismannen har både i brottmålet och arbetstvisten förnekat gärningspåståendena i vissa delar och i övrigt hävdat att han handlat i nödvärn. Vidare har arbetstagar-parten gjort gällande att det inte förelegat grund för avskedande eller uppsägning även om polismannen befinns skyldig till brott. Arbetsdomstolen har ogiltigförklarat avskedandet men jämkat det allmänna skadeståndet.
