En besiktningstekniker, anställd i Aktiebolaget Svensk Bilprovning, har blivit avskedad efter att ha upptäckts med att reparera en bil på en bilverkstad. Domstolen har funnit det styrkt att besiktningsteknikern har brutit mot arbetsgivarens regler om etik, bisysslor och jäv genom att meka med sin egen bil i en bilverkstads lokaler samt genom att besiktiga en annan verkstads bilar eftersom en jävssituation har förelegat. Vidare har domstolen funnit det styrkt att besiktningsteknikern har haft problem med attityden mot kunder och kollegor samt att han hanterat åtminstone en bil ovarsamt. Domstolen har funnit att skäl för uppsägning, men inte för avskedande, har förelegat.
