Fråga om det förelegat saklig grund för uppsägning av en arbetstagare som arbetsgivaren låtit provköra en bil av ny modell och som under provkörningen i extremt hög hastighet kört av vägen, varvid två arbetskamrater skadats och bilen totalförstörts. Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att det är ett sådant beteende som inte rimligen skall behöva tålas i något rättsförhållande.
