En undersköterska på ett kommunalt servicehem för äldre människor tillgrep från en av de boende en väska som innehöll drygt 20 000 kr i kontanter. Med anledning därav dömdes hon senare för snatteri och olovligt förfogande. Fråga om det har förelegat laga grund för avskedande. I Arbetsdomstolen görs gällande att undersköterskan har begått gärningen under inflytande av ett läkemedelsberoende av sjukdomskaraktär.
