En tjänsteman inom den kommunala äldreomsorgen sägs upp på grund av dåliga arbetsprestationer. I målet uppkommer frågor om arbetstagarens problem har haft något samband med sjukdom som hon lider av och om arbetsgivaren har fullgjort sitt ansvar för rehabilitering och arbetsanpassning. Arbetsdomstolen finner bl.a. att det vid tidpunkten för uppsägningen på grundval av då tillgänglig utredning måste anses ha varit oklart huruvida problemen med arbetstagaren kunde avhjälpas genom ytterligare rehabiliteringsåtgärder. Uppsägningen har inte ansetts vara sakligt grundad.
