Fråga om en person som skött den ekonomiska förvaltningen hos ett pastorat varit anställd där eller endast varit uppdragstagare. I målet uppkommer bl.a. frågan om betydelsen av 17 kap. 26 § tredje stycket kyrkolagen. Arbetsdomstolen finner inte stöd i vare sig lagen eller dess förarbeten för att tolka bestämmelsen som en sådan föreskrift som avses i 2 § första stycket anställningsskyddslagen. - Arbetsdomstolen finner att fråga varit om en anställning. I målet prövar domstolen också om pastoratet haft laga skäl för skilja arbetstagaren från anställningen.
