Fråga om det förelegat saklig grund för uppsägning av ett kommunanställt vårdbiträde som på grund av en s.k. pisksnärtsskada har nedsatt arbetsförmåga och som därför enligt kommunens mening inte längre kunde utföra arbete av någon betydelse för kommunen. Arbetstagarsidan gör i målet gällande att kommunen inte fullgjort sitt rehabiliterings- och anpassningsansvar och inte heller sina skyldigheter i omplaceringshänseende, vilket kommunen däremot menar sig ha gjort. Arbetsdomstolen finner att uppsägningen är sakligt grundad.
