Hon ansökte därefter om tillstånd till andrahandsupplåtelse under ytterligare ett års tid. Hovrätten uttalar att som utgångspunkt ska provsamboende anses utgöra skäl för upplåtelse i andra hand under ett års tid. Om bostadsrättsföreningen har befogad anledning att vägra samtycke till upplåtelsen kan dock tiden komma att begränsas eller ansökningen avslås.
