Hyresnämndsmål. En hyresgäst har ansökt om tillstånd att hyra ut sin hyreslägenhet i andra hand med anledning av att han ådömts ett längre fängelsestraff. Hyresgästen hade tidigare varit frihetsberövad i omgångar och med hyresvärdens tillstånd redan hyrt ut lägenheten under en sammanlagd period om tre år och fem månader. Hovrätten bedömde att hyresgästen inte längre kunde anses ha beaktansvärda skäl för en upplåtelse i andra hand.
