Mot en ansökan om förordnande av bodelningsförrättare har motparten invänt att det finns ett samboavtal som utesluter bodelning. Sökanden har bestritt att han har undertecknat det påstådda samboavtalet. Hovrätten, som inte ansett att någon mer ingående prövning av samboavtalets giltighet skulle göras inom ramen för förordnandeärendet, har förordnat bodelningsförrättare.
