Fråga om utformningen av vitesförbud vid intrång i gemenskapsvarumärken. Hovrätten har begränsat vitesförbudet till den användning som var visad i målet och till sådana förfoganden av varor som omfattas av artikel 9.2 varumärkesförordningen. Vid fastställandet av vitesbeloppet har hovrätten, förutom varumärkeshavarens intresse av att varumärket inte används olovligen, beaktat även risken för att allmänheten missleds att köpa varumärkesförfalskade produkter.
