Fråga om arvode och ersättning för utgifter till interimistiskt utsedd förvaltare ska betalas med den enskildes medel eller av kommunen. Särskilda skäl har ansetts föreligga att låta betalningsansvaret falla på kommunen när det interimistiska beslutet om förvaltarskap upphävts efter överklagande och det stått klart att det inte funnits tillräckliga skäl för ett sådant beslut.
