Länsrätt har avvisat ett aktiebolags överklaganden av beslut i mål om arbetsgivaravgifter och avgiftstillägg med hänvisning till att bolaget numera efter avslutad konkurs var upplöst. Resning har beviljats i länsrättens mål med hänsyn till att de omständigheter som legat till grund för påförandet av avgiftstillägg inte blivit föremål för domstols prövning och att de dessutom ligger till grund för en väckt talan om företrädaransvar för en f.d. styrelseledamot.
